Refer-a-Friend and earn up to $15 service credit
Get rewarded each time you refer your friends and family to Mobi PCS! Simply fill out the online form, print out the form using the link below, OR fill out the form that you receive from your Mobi PCS store or authorized dealer. Pass the completed form onto your friend or family member that you are referring. If anyone that you refer should activate a new line of service on a new account, you will receive a service credit up to $15 toward your active account on one month of service. Earn up to 5 referral credits, up to $75 per month. Other restrictions apply. Referral credit will be applied to the account within 2-3 weeks. A confirmation SMS message will be sent when the referral credit is applied.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Form must be submitted at the time of new activation, or referral cannot be verified and will not be eligible for a reward. Incomplete forms are not valid.
- New customer's first and second month of service must be paid.
- Credit will only be applied to an active line of service, and will only be applied toward one month of service. If the referrer's monthly service bill is less than $15, a lesser value will be applied.
- One service credit per new account, and new customers account must be an individual rate plan or a new two line (or more) Family Plan.
- Existing Family Plan add-ons do not apply.
- Referral credits cannot be applied to the same account that the new line of service is being activated on.
- Valid on Po`okela accounts.
- Mobi PCS employees are not eligible.
- Offer valid on referrals through April 30, 2012.
